As a Warehouse Operations & Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for inventory control and quality initiatives for our US warehouse located in Cranbury, NJ. This position reports directly to the General Manager and/or COO.

Additionally, this position may have interaction with our China headquarters. Therefore, fluent Chinese (Mandarin) is very much preferred. Fluent English also required.

Pay rate is $13-17 depending on experience.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform and maintain inventory control functions, including cycle counts, annual counts, & adjustments
- Research corrections and process deviations
- System maintenance of inventory movement; location updates; scheduling & coordinating work flows
- Generate reports and perform data miningPerform inventory transactions as required for both shipping and receiving
- Conduct returns analysis
- Provide shipping support as needed (this includes some lifting)
- Deliver quality assurance for all warehouse processes
- Lead quality initiatives
- Train on and operate a forklift and other machinery.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Formal training or college courses in logistics operations or warehousing preferred.
- WERC or APICS certification a plus!
- Preferred minimum of 1 years'' experience in warehousing environment in an inventory control or planning position
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks preferred.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills, effective time management and problem solving skills, and the ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment in both warehouse and office settings
- Must present a professional demeanor with knowledge of business acumen
- Ability to operate a forklift (or willingness to be trained)
- Valid driver''s license required
- Must speak fluent English
- Highly preferred spoken Mandarin Chinese (fluent)
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to sit, stand, walk bend, kneel, lift (up to 60 lbs.), and other similar physical actions

Hours:
8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
8:00am-12:30pm Saturdays (This day is still tentative but weekdays is a must.)
